By clicking Submit, I agree to obey all traffic laws and rules of the road, and will not litter along the tour. I understand that the last rest stop will close at 2:00 p.m. Knowingly and at my own risk, I hereby apply to enter the June Dairy Days Classique Bike Tour and do hereby waive and release any and all claims for damages that I may incur as a result of my participation in the event against June Dairy Days and its volunteers for said injuries. I waive all claims for injuries or losses of any kind suffered by me while going to, participating in, or coming from the tour. I further hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this road cycling event and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate.

This waiver will also need to be signed in person on the day of the event.
